No you are sadly not chopped liver. You would be ultra processed crap, probably a mix of salt, soy, sugar, veg. oil, water (if you are lucky) etc. Taste = horrible. Nutritional value = close to zero.
I don’t mind that veggie burgers don’t taste like meat. They’re OK for a change of diet. The attempts to make them more ‘real’ to appeal to regular meat eaters are expensive and not entirely perfect.
