Biggest chewing out I ever got from my boss was for taking a coworker to the emergency room. “You know how much paperwork you just caused me.” Guy got stitches boss said we had iodine and bandaids in our kit.
Serious omission here: the correct order would be, “Thoughts and prayers first, followed by Legal, H.R., P.R., then insurance. Then, unless it’s too soon, call 911.”
I worked in a MFG job. A fellow worker got her finger stuck in a track with moving equipment coming toward it. The track was shut down to get her hand out of the way of the moving danger. The management’s first question was, “How long was the line shut down?” Empathy in progress.
The cleaning of windows is done by a contractor who is employed by the owner of the building. For all we know the cleaners are those pesky unregistered illegals. So who cares if one falls off the platform, there are twenty others waiting for that job…Didn’t you know that their lives are cheap? : – /
So unless they own the building they don’t have to do anything, well, maybe ask the owner to put shades on the windows so there won’t be any such distractions in the future…

It’s not our problem, let the government handle it. Maybe we should form a committee and protest window washers.

They can probably call 911 first. They guy isn’t wearing a safety harness. So if they Facetime 911, they’ve got enough to keep them in the clear.
CAN you call 911 on Facetime?

Trickle down is only a true term if you consider the Filthy Rich as the pond scum.
If you think of them as “upper class” then money is “bubbling up”.

Guy doesn’t have the right equipment. Call OSHA. They’ll file a complaint and get back to him.

Forgot about taking pictures to post on social media. That trumps calling 911.

In most industries, “Trickle down” consists of criticism, occasional false praise and very rarely a wage increase.

Reference today’s Luann comic – and the question of why did God let people run the world.

My bad! I meant the For Better or Worse strip today – not Luann.

In reality it is not their problem at all.
