Keeping the lawyer in the doghouse makes it easier to locate him when the time comes to dump the blame.
In the future law schools will be offering a series of courses: everything from Trump 101 though 400-level electives.

Think of all the great movie&TV shows that show imaginative ways to sneak over summonses on people who are trying to dodge you.
They are going to need lots of people to serve all those summons. Maybe they can spare a few IRS agents

If the NDA includes Bob not telling people that he’s working for someone, he wouldn’t be the one who accepts summons. Or working on the client’s property in full view of passersby.
Got to be a great course for defense attorneys – because he is STILL not in jail! What the h€££ does it take???
