We’re supposed to get rain here today, but some of it is supposed to be freezing rain.

You can. But you have to do it very quickly. And they don’t last long.

Seems a bit out of character. Lucy wouldn’t want to build a snowman. She would want to SUPERVISE the building of a snowman.

NO experience with rainman. In my much younger years I had quite a lot of experience with “rainbird” Moving 40’ irrigation pipe.
