Iā€™ve often wondered when you take more than 1 pill (or more) at a time, does it (or they) get mixed up and 1 (or more) pill (or pills) go to where 1 of the other pills (or pills) was supposed to go? Do they crossbreed and produce a new Frankenstein-Type Hybrid kind of pill?

Oh great, now I need a pill (or pills) for Anxiety!

Pretty much all of those pills donā€™t know where to go. They may have a target, but they hit not only the target but pretty much everything. When some of those other things get hit, it may cause side effects.

Pills donā€™t know where to go. They break down and travel systemically through the body. Thatā€™s why a pill for infection. pain or depression etcā€¦ can wreak havoc with your digestion and joints and who knows what all.

Pills donā€™t know where to go. Itā€™s up to me to insert them into the start of my alimentary canal or (hopefully not) the other end.

They all end up in the stomach where they dissolve and and act like a shotgun blasting everything in the body. Targeting a specific part of the body or symptom is false advertising.

true, Iā€™ve wondered about specialized pain meds. Back ache pills, and migraine pills. Could I take a migraine pill when my back is killing me ?

Everybody should wonder. Not that all pills are bad, not at all. Just: one should know what they are taking, and why, as well as how it results in oneā€™s self.

Simple, they donā€™t. The medicine circulates through your whole body and some of it gets where itā€™s needed. And that, Gent, is why side effects exist. Some people are more sensitive to the medicine that ends up in other places.

Reminds me of an incident when I was little ā€“ I was not 5 years old yet as we still lived in our apartment not our house. I had been to the doctor for annual checkup and I had gotten an injection and my arm was bleeding alittle afterwards and he had put a ā€œbandaidā€ on my arm. I was walking outside with my mother to go home and the band aid fell off. I looked at the spot on my arm, thought about it and asked ā€œHow does the blood know where to go?ā€ She explained that blood was all over inside oneā€™s body all the time. I then became ill at the thought and ā€“ since I was well raised ā€“ walked to the curb and was ā€œillā€.
