I truly think Americans will see the orange freak for what he is on election day!

MAGAts are enthralled with his level of corruption. They have incredible admiration of his solicitation of a billion dollar bribe from oil companies, in return for making them even richer than they are.

They also believe his draft evasion, his tax evasion, his multiple crimes show him to be really, really smart and a Stable Genius.

Amazingly, they even admire his Treason, sucking up to Putin and pulling out of treaties to facilitate Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

Give credit where credit is due.

While many of us, myself included, were expecting more “both-sider-ism,” Scott (Eric?) has been delightfully disappointing us.

Thus far.

It’s called willful ignorance and it’s estimated that up to 70% of MAGAts subscribe to one of its forms.

He’s actually not. Polls have been way off since cell phones. And Donald Trump has never won the popular vote, nor come particularly close. And he does NOTHING to get the votes of people who don’t already support him. In fact, he insults them. He just holds rallies that stroke his ego but get no extra votes.

Far from “losing,” most polls show it a dead heat, well within the margin of error. And some people aren’t paying attention yet.

“There’s only about 2% of this room that can do it, but I did it.” – Trump, claiming 98% of his supporters couldn’t pass a cognitive test.

He’s not really losing. We are at the stage of people being angry he’s not them and polling that way: “I’d rather have someone else”.

But when it comes down to it, they’ll vote for someone closer to them than not. The people angry at the President over not being hard enough on Israel about Gaza aren’t going to vote for someone who’s said he’d give Israel a free hand to do whatever they want and whose team backs the Israeli extremists.

We could really use a Ross Perot right now.

Nobody ever went broke underestimating the gullibility of voters. People remember 2017-2019, before his policies started to take effect, as good times. The work’s not done til he loses again.

The 4th estate is not doing their jobs because their owners know dts tax cuts for them will end when Biden gets reelected.

You can’t explain stupidity!

Weird how the polls don’t seem to reflect the elections of the past two years.

I read somewhere recently, we’re being asked to believe the incumbent is sharp as a tack and the challenger has the upright character to lead. Right. Geez Louise! What a lousy choice!!!

According to the latest polls, he isn’t losing.

I mean; he’s not losing to that. The only “success” the Republicans have had since 2018 was in NY due to the absolute collapse of the state party, which has since been reversed.

Look inside, Scott. His voters are your people.

Really, what is wrong with republicans that they want to destroy the freest country in the world for one lying criminal?

What annoys me is how Trump’s supporters are trying to create nostalgia for the strong economy of the first three years of the Trump era — forgetting that he was just coasting on the strong economy of the Obama/Biden administration. Then the COVID pandemic hit and the economy collapsed because Trump had no plan for dealing with it.

Saying the economy was great under Trump until COVID is like saying the Titanic had a great maiden voyage until it hit the iceberg.

Why is anyone voting for either one of them? People seem to have a very low bar for presidents (all politicians, actually). Subterranean, even.

Poll-wise, at this point they’re pretty much in a dead heat. It’s not possible to call either of them losing at this point. Which, frankly, is still pretty much nuts.

Biden’s honest,but also too freaking bland. The kind of guy you don’t appreciate until after he’s gone, like JImmy Carter.
