How can you trust a doctor that won’t stick around?…..

I haven’t had any die (yet) but a few have retired.

They get fed up with the insurance forms and retire.

My doctor is about 20 years younger than I am. She says I’m in good shape for a man of my age. I thought that was a good thing, until I heard someone say the same thing about King Tut.

I had a primary care doc that retired after a heat attack, I had to find a new one. When you start outliving your doctors it could be a sign to be carefull.

My doctor can’t understand why I’m still alive, despite his best efforts.

Or retiring!

I have had my family doctor for 14 years after our last one (35 years) retired.

I hope this one sticks around a few more years – I’ve just gotten him trained lol!

All my doctors look like little kids!

When I was a younger lad my 89 yo Allergist was told by his Dr. to retire. :)

You’re old when the doctor starts her/his advise with, “If you were my grandparent I’d tell you to …”

on the 3rd MD and 2nd DVM for this reason.

Either that or retiring… a problem of getting older I hadn’t really considered.

Consistently outliving your doctor is not a bad thing, especially if you can keep it up!

Darn, this comic is so very very true. Like all too many friends and family, too many of my physicians are dieing (or retiring). Making sure theire replacements are a lot younger than I am — sadly they lack the expertise that experience graced those who are gone.

Yay, Biz! He’s gonna outlive the whole Treetops community!

Consider the nominal: Aging Out! Make a bet with your doctor to outlive each other. Or retire together. Which ever comes first.

At my age most of my doctors the past 20 years were younger than I am, some not by much but still younger.

I’m getting closer to Buzz’s age. I’ve had a couple retire. Good luck wherever they are.

Mine have been retiring.
