At some point, inevitably, Wile E. Coyote will be tempted to increase the treadmill speed … and trip, to be wrapped into the belt, and pummeled over and over around the rollers.

The Roadrunner was kind of a jerk.

The roadrunner cartoons are my favourite. I could watch them all day.

I recall a scene in ‘Cheers’ when the subject of ‘Roadrunner’ cartoons came up and Sam was completely distracted by the plot of a story involving a doppelganger.

No screen for me, I prefer to have my library book up there every day when I use the dreadmill.

Always hated those cartoons, even as a kid. Poor coyote. At least this should be safe for him, although as people have been pointing out, if it’s an Acme treadmill, you never know.

I keep hoping to find a place that has a variety of imaginative, non-competitive ways to exercise. I guess I’ll have to come up with things here at home.

Honestly, Wile E. stands a better chance here.

So, if it is an Acme treadmill, what will happen to Wile E. as a result of using it?

Is this an exercise device or psychological therapy? Looks like it satisfies Wile E. Coyote’s compulsion to chase the roadrunner without the usual injuries (and it’s cheaper than all those devices he buys from Acme).
