Some confused nocturnal creature

Ruined my morning with all that talk about exercise this early.

Janis up before Arlo?! Look for flying pigs!! No wonder Arloand Luddy are flabbergasted!

“Beats me, looked like a morning version of Janis, but that can’t be.”

I live in Florida. I walk in the dark at 5am. I can’t stand exercising in the heat/sun.

Arlo likes to relax before the start of his day. Janis likes to get things done and relax at the end of hers.

Uh oh. Hormonal imbalance.

Slowly losing the ability to work my garden because of the heat along with age. To much time in the sun makes me itch like crazy.

Wish I could retire and do that. I have to get up and go to work. No time for sunrise walks.

I live in Tampa FL area-I go running now at around 6 am when its less than 80!

My wife’s idea of comfortable is the same temperature at which I start sweating.

On a gig in urban Arizona, I would get up at 0400 to get my daily run in. It was a dark heat. Never felt safe. Doubt I would do it today. Many folks seem terrified of going out in public, and not because of covid.

“Hot Up in the day”??? Shouldn’t it be “Hot during the day”?

A very smart woman who knows how to adjust her schedule to meet changed conditions……

Up in the day. What does that mean? I think she means Later in the day.

It’s also cooler at dusk. I walk both times most days in the summer. Trying hard not to get more skin cancer, since the stitches are still in for #7. I walk around sunrise year around and it can get pretty slippery in the winters.

Heat in Detroit (my home town) seems so much hotter than it does down here in Florida. Feel for you.

Are Arlo & Janis retired? I missed the strips with Arlo’s work friends, especially the friend who was obviously attracted to him.

Answer: a woman whom I greatly admire, but could never emulate. Sigh.
