I have a buddy that cooks with Ghost Peppers. I rarely eat his chilly but most everything else is good, mean and painful, but good.

The reason I make my own curry powder is because the stuff you buy has too much chili in it for me. I’m a lightweight.

nope. never. only time there is too much cayenne is if you mix equal parts food and cayenne extract syrup (the stuff they use to make mace, a 5 gallon pail helps make thousands of cans of mace spray)
