No that’s not true. Us men just lack the patience to fold fitted sheets.

I’ve seeing demonstrations on how to do it, but have not been able to get it right. I just use the wad method.

    Maybe Bleeb could help me.

Not just men. My ex needed help to do it, because before she married me, her mother still did her laundry for her.

My wife can’t fold ‘em either and asks me to do it. I don’t think such a gene exists! LOL!!

I must be the exception to the rule.

I’ve been able to fold a fitted sheet from the first time I tried it.

    It’s not THAT difficult.

    If there is a gene for this, I don’t think it’s a sex-linked gene.

Fitted sheets are not designed to easy folding.

Some people do better at folding them than others. I think many people try to figure it out and try to make it work and “look well” – but eventually say, “close enough.” or “good enough.”

I know of ways to fold a fitted sheet, but it still looks like a fluffy lump that won’t lay flat.

My caffeine-fueled, engineerical brain works overtime trying to create solutions for stuff like this. So here we go…

Take all the fitted sheets, and one-by-one, put them all on the bed, one after the other.

When ready, peel one off and put it in the hamper, revealing a fresh one underneath.

As they are laundered, simply rotate the freshly laundered sheets to the bottom of the stack, eliminating the need to ever fold them, AND also freeing-up storage space.

If the first solution is not workable, then the contingency plan is to:

Roll them up in a ball and stuff them in a drawer… like the rest of us!

There… two problems solved before I’ve finished my third cup of coffee, and it’s hard to believe that I make money for this!
