I love the old ātablet across the seaā bitā¦itās the best, laziest way to stretch a two-panel gag into a Sunday strip with Xeroxed, useless filler!
Typing comments here is like Peter (is it Peter?) tossing tablets into the sea. The answers come back from anywhere and everywhere. Although itās cold in Ottawa today, this winter has been above average so far.
The earthās climate has been fluctuating for billions of years, we may be helping a little but in the scheme of things, we are just a speck of dust on this planet, are we really that egocentric that we that powerful???
The weatherās certainly a bit crazy this winter. Here in central Scotland itās 6Ā°C (43Ā°F) even at night, while 2,000 miles to the south southern Italy and Greece are blanketed in snow and ice. It shows what a huge difference the Gulf Stream makes, I guess ā and what a disaster it would be for the British Isles if it failed.
To find out whether thereās global warming, you need data from sensors all over the world, spanning many decades, maybe 300 decades. Finally, you need to collect this without edits by an organization that hopes to get lots and lots of money if there IS global warming. Check out https://realclimatescience.com/
Here where I live, weāre having the coldest winter anyone can remember. I donāt know if it is an all time record, but it is certainly the worst winter since I moved here.
