Wish I could live a bit further north so I won’t swelter in 100°F+ summers.

Anything over 80 degrees is stifling….It’ll kill ya….With a stiff breeze, I can tolerate 82 degrees……

At first, I thought that was a modern-day Sisyphus.

But, his imagination is still intact. He’ll find another challenge soon enough.

I’m with Charlie! I retired to northernmost Maine eight years ago to get away from the summer heat of North Carolina. When I was young I loved the hot weather, but as I grew older I hated it more and more. I love playing in the snow….even if its spending four or five hours moving it around plowing my yard and driveway with my tractor. Life is good!

I remember one winter when they plowed the municipal parking lot at the transit station. They plowed it all into the handicapped parking spaces.

I guess it’s to each their own. I like the +100 temps here in Texas.

Come to our part of Maine – we’ve already broken the 18 year record and there’s plenty more to come.

Now, if we could just get some decent mountains up here on the border we’d be all set…

I wish we had as much snow as Charlie has.

Charlie was me, growing up in Texas. Now, though, I’m very happy to live in a snow-free place.

Ahhh, to have a child’s imagination again.

We get very little snow in Houston and what we do get is useless. We have more of a problem with ice. No ice recently just a little snow.

We should have a foot or more of snow on the ground this time of year, no snow and it’s supposed to get up to 60 today, instead of the “normal” 34-40. We’ve been warming for over two decades in winter, and drought is increasing, not good, and yes it is human activity, and getting worse. Dream on Charlie.

The Devil now has plenty of snow to build a frosty army because the Birds won the Bowl! FLY, EAGLES, FLY!
