I will admit that there have been a few story arcs that just seemed to be “filling space” but all in all for the 5 years I have been reading the Jane’s World comic this has been one of the better written strips.
Are there any plans for it to go into syndication, or perhaps roll back to the early days and run it as “Jane’s World Classics” ?
I am sad that this is the end of a truly great and innovative strip. However, I am happy with the way it ended. Thanks for the great stories over the years!
Happy-Sad. I loved the journey Jane and Dorothy took to this point! Loved the supporting cast, especially the pets and the meddling moms! This trip will be missed. Best of luck, Paige, and thank you for sharing “Jane’s World” with us.
We’re losing one of the best comics around, so I’m a bit sad.
It’s been a fun trip, but I didn’t think that mature married Jane would be as good as the goofy unmarried version. Anyhow, best of luck, Paige, with whatever new projects you undertake.
“There is no more lovely, friendly and charming relationship, communion or company than a good marriage.” (Martin Luther)
Paige: I’ve been reading Jane almost from the beginning and I really enjoyed the dreams, the alien abductions, the strange and yet very loving friends and the all-around mayhem that followed Jane around. I’m so happy that there’s a much brighter future for her. In reading other comments…she (and you) will be greatly missed. Best of everything from this point on.
Some good news… The GoComics folks have decided to start the strip from the beginning… the New (classic) strips will begin on November 5th. For anyone who missed the goofy, early years of Jane’s adventures. Hugs to everyone… thanks for all the sweet comments.
Thank you so much for the wonderful journey of Jane’s World. Good Luck for your continued success in the future, as well as my warmest personal good wishes.
Thanks Paige for all the Goofy and wonderful characters that you created. The entertainment value alone was worth it. But in a greater sense I believe that you have made an incredibly positive impact on how the rest of America sees LGBT people.

WHOA! Good news: So it isn’t a dream. Bad news: No more Jane for a while! (Who’s chopping those damn onions at 8 o’clock in the morning?!)
Special thanks to Amy Lago for giving Paige a shot. A grateful comics nation salutes you, Amy.
PS: Love the Chuck Taylors with Jane’s tux.

Another old, white, straight, married guy who is delighted to see the wedding and heartbroken to see the strip end.
‘“Maybe five years from now, I’ll jump back and see where they are,” Braddock said.’ I sincerely do hope so, Paige. But whether or not – thank you.
