Funny how that cactus sounds like a certain mouse…

Elvis doesn’t know what to think of a talking plant!

Just love Elvis’ expressions! And I think Natasha’s practical joke is perfect. It’s the sort I like to do, and break up laughing at the reaction, so the recipient knows it’s a joke.

Is it my imagination, or are there expressions on the flower’s face and do they change ever so slightly as the panels progress…ending in a big smile, cactus flower style? These are subtle progressions, mind you, but I see something there.

Fellow orbsters, normally I don’t ask for prayers, but my big gray boy has been at the vet since this morning and waiting to find out if he will need surgery for intestinal blockage. He has a foam fetish and managed to eat a sizeable amount before I found him with it. Of course he was hiding so I wouldn’t find him. While typing this the vet just called they are going to give him a second enema the first didn’t ‘move’ anything. Thanks for being there for people when they need help!

Sophie has an artist’s sensibility, through and through.

I can hear Elvis’ monotone in panel 3. He probably thinking how did I get roped into this report? Then utter disbelief. I love Elvis.

Sophie is the local aesthete.

I think the flower is in full laugh mode and Natasha is clipping off the needles. Maybe it tickles when she does that.

It always helps to know somebody is on your side. Puck picked up Sophie’s spirit by encouraging her when critics were making her ears droop. Now Sophie is paying it forward by encouraging the cactus when Elvis was criticizing the beautiful “hat.”

Georgia’s signature is getting more squished? (squashed?) together every day. today all i see is GD. Sorry to all of you grammar scholars, but I have no idea which is correct or maybe neither is correct?? can someone please let me know.

Was listening to Coast to Coast last night. On the show was an animal communicator. Amelia Kinkade. She talked about cats. George asked her the difference between cats and dogs. She said, “dogs think about hot dogs sticks walks and car rides. Cats think about quantum physics. She said they will tell you they are from Alpha Centauri. Also they are magical ET s and they are divine. She mentioned that on ancient cave art, big cats were depicted, but never a house cat. They didn’t appear in art until the Egyptians, when the cat headed goddess appeared. WOW

Gotcha Elvis.

…and the stories were told, in later years, of how the “mailman” made the Plant of Many Teeth talk that day…

Elvis’ eyes in panel 3 got me. I can almost hear his voice.

This made me laugh until I coughed, which scared my kitty Thumper off my legs.
