The bunny represents Congress! Deflecting the HUGE problems in America….they are gambling with our lives and futures while they continue to collect all the bribe money’s offered….and DOING NOTHING EXCEPT IF IT BENEFITS THEM!
People inflict suffering on each other, its not god’s responsibility for an individuals actions. We have the ability to feed everyone and live in a peaceful world but we won’t do it. We make god, a three letter word, stand for a lot of things. To me god is the universe, the creator, the reason we are here typing under cartoons.
My own thought is that God gave us this world then gave us free will to do as we choose so it’s our own dang fault that things screw up. God only helps when we ask for it.
We like the world this way. . . . It’s how we made it. We could of course change our mind . . . . Nah, too much work! And there you have it Ladies and Gentlemen, “Why the world is in the shape it is.”
“The Plan” of God as we are talking about today is fairly simple; we have been sent here to see if we will be obedient to gods commandments. When presented with the plan, before this earth was formed, we were so excited “all of the sons of God shouted for joy” Job 38:7. When we arrived here in our mortal state, we were to have a veil on our minds where we forgot the details of our premortal life, having with us the light of Christ, a gift of conscience, to guide us. In this state we are the natural man, trying to become spiritual man, to see if we can overcome our physical “wants” to serve our Father in Heaven. Since we would fail at times, sin, we would need a Savior, Jesus Christ. If we can follow our Savior, learn to be like Him, learn to do the will of the Father, and try to be a little better each day, we are on the path Home. Why? So we can become, someday, like God. To inherit all that He has, not gold and jewels, but knowledge and power. “For behold, this is my work and my glory—to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.” Moses 1:38 The only thing that makes it all work is Faith, because having to rely on faith is the only thing that guarantees our ability to choose, our free agency. Will we choose to be obedient? Will we choose to listen. Will we believe, or will we mock and scorn? Eternity is a very long time.
He gave us free will and what we do with it is up to us. We can choose to do either good or evil and it’s up to us to figure out how to fight the evil if it bothers us so much.
