Site was down all around but now it’s back. You can always check ‘isitdownrightnow dot com’ which showed it was down. MEANWHILE: can someone explain the last panel here? Why did rat hit the grits? Why didn’t he hit pig, who made the pun?

It’s a rare cartoonist who allows himself to be clobbered for the sake of his art. That pun was so bad that it was good.

Now this one was good—-real good.

They’re obviously not from the South. First, you serve the grits hot. The leftovers you shape into a loaf and put in the fridge. For another meal, you take the grit loaf out, slice it and fry it in oil like a burger. Good eats!
