Awwww. Sweet Tommy loves his Woman! If Tommy’s Woman knows Goldie does that mean she’s been trying to help her, too? And where did Sophie find all those books?

What does Tommy’s woman know about Goldie?

Now we’ll get the true story.

Aha! Now the Woman knows Goldie’s real name! Maybe Tommy’s Woman knew Goldie’s People, or her own “brief history”?

There are a lot of capital letters in those previous sentences.

I’m glad Sophie is starting to appreciate the work Tommy does.

Uh.. I’m getting confused with Burt, Goldie, and Sophie. First I thought it was Goldie in the middle panel. Then i thought it was Burt. But it made no sense that way. Then after reading previous panel again, I figured it’s Sophie.

Once, I shooed away a brown feral who frequently tresspasses my property but doesn’t want to be friends with me. And right after he went away, i turn back only to see him coming this side! I was gobsmacked. I wondered whether he had the power of being teleported anywhere he wants to. But then, i realsed that this was another feral who looks like the other one at first sight. And the look alike feral was as unfriendly as the trespasser feral and he ran away when he saw me.

Bea, you couldn’t have searched Sophie’s room.

In the last panel is that Goldie’s outfit or is she wrapped in a blanket? I hope the latter.

Tommy is as charming as ever!

So did Sophie see it all on BCN? She never seemed like a screen watcher to me.

I wonder if Sophie had the books left over from when she created the disguises?

Happy homecoming to all. Love is everywhere with hearts, hugs and being cozy with their people, love Beatrix in the last panel wondering where Sophie got the raccoon books.

Looks like our intrepid Book Store Cat has a mystery of her own to solve.

Does Sophie have a library card or are those books from the bookstore? They don’t look like the one Beatrix was referencing. Perhaps Sophie used Ameowzon with one day delivery?

And is there some kind of Skype thing going on, that Beatrix can even see those books?

If that’s a “brief history” of raccoons – I’d hate to try and heft the “complete history.”

Sophie appears to have bookmarked some pages – perhaps illustrations she wants to incorporate into her art?

I love Tommy’s Woman’s bold use of shades of purple for her wardrobe and furniture. Plus Sophie’s fur looks so good against that color.

Poor Tommy’s Woman must have been worried that he’d got lost again.

CHIRP CHIRP CHIRP!

I expect the bookstore woman to show up soon to get Beatrix.

Sophie probably had the books on raccoons so she could do Tommy’s disguise properly with the materials she had on hand.

There was something I wanted to say, but I’ve forgotten what it is.

Poor Woman! Staying outside in short sleeves, long enough for Tommy and Sophie’s Woman to get her text, bundle up properly, and retrieve Tommy. I know she was excited to see the “big orange stray” eating the food she’d left out, but couldn’t she at least have grabbed a jacket on her way out the door? She must be getting chilled to the bone.

That second panel just has to be a poster.

I have to say, Tommy is my absolute favorite. If Tommy plushies are ever a thing, sign me up because I’ll be first in line for them!

OK, from today I am left with a bunch of questions here! … So, at least I remember a former radio broadcaster who would elaborate and spin most of a tale, just enough so that the listeners would understand. He would leave the very last bit off … but I am needing a real Paul Harvey moment here!

Bad news…Our Scotty dog MacGregor is going to have to be put down either tonight or tomorrow, his fever was still way high (106.1) and he apparently had blood in his belly from a tumor on his liver and several other complications.
