I’m afraid that Lupin is going to end up wedged down there with poor Pengo!

Goldie is bigger—she can probably reach Pengo on her own. But probably better to offer to assist Lupin in order to not offend him…

Sheesh, Pengo is not doing anything to help himself!

This might have to be a team effort. Can Lupin and Goldie work together?

If the others don’t help, Pengo is doomed to stay down there forever.

Why can’t they reach Pengo from below? Does the bed go all the way down to the floor? No space for monsters (or cats) to hide under the bed?

Goldie and Puck have, it seems, a slightly tighter grip on reality than Loopy… I mean Lupin.

Georgia’s artistic ability is just so amazing! In panels 2 and 4, it really seems like Pengo is reaching up and trying to grab hold of Lupin’s paw!

I know this isn’t helpful in the slightest, but seeing Lupin dangling like that, I have an irresistible urge to give him a little nudge … or noodge …

Ha ha! I once had a big tabby(Skinny, yes that was his name!) who managed to get himself suck between the bed and the wall! His yowls for help were both funny and loud! When I pulled him out, the look on his face said,‘Well, I’ll never try that again!

According to Georgia’s Intagram page, the Mis N poster was drawn by the real life girl. I posted the link earlier but now I can’t find it. Not sure if it got deleted or what.

The back of Lupin’s head is really cute. In fact, the backs of all the cat’s head are cute the way Georgia draws them.

Does Goldie not realize that with Lupin upside down on the bed, she doesn’t need to whisper?

You’re doing your best kitties, but I think it’s time to get the attention of the local primates.

Let’s see: Lupin falls down into the crack. But he can reach Pengo; hold on, the other cats grab him by the feet and pull him up; two saves at once!

Anyone else here remember Jessica McClure? That is what today’s strip reminded me of. (Yes, I know it took a LOT more than “give me your paw” to get her out.)

I foresee Lupin falling on his head and needing to be rescued too.

The doctor called yesterday with the results of the biopsy. Paul’s prognosis is not good.

Who here likes The Beatles? Just asking. If so, who’s your favorite member? Mine is John Lennon.

My thought is that a cat would go under rather than over but the lighting would make for poor art (and you wouldn’t see the kibitzers).

Tense moment. Time for another approach.

The simplest solution is to yowl until the humans come and indicate where the stuffed toy is. Less danger, and lots of hugs and treats for a job well done.

Trevor-Hotep: Guys! Welcome to the Cosmos Nursery. I named it after my great-grandfather, Cosmo.

Beatrixia: What a lovely garden! What do you grow here?

Trevor-Hotep: Oh, we’ve got all kinds of magical flowers here. Lavender Violets, Violet Orchids, Daffy Daffodils, you name it.

Puckmosis: So lovely. Do you have and Space-Time Anemones?

Trevor-Hotep: Sure. We have some lovely ones over here. How about this nice gray and white one?

Puckmosis: Just the thing. We have a little stuffed penguin from another time and place. That will do nicely.

Trevor-Hotep: Great. Take it along, just remember to return it when you’re done with it. Can you stay for a bit?

Beatrixia: Sure, we have some time. And I’ve brought my supply of tea bags and cookies.

Trevor-Hotep: Where my family comes from they’re called biscuits.

Avenger: Do you have anything a hungry horse might like?

Trevor-Hotep: Sure do. We have Kentucky Green Grass, Timothy Hay, McGee Hay, and 24 carrots.

Avenger: Thanks, some hay and 24 carrots and I’m golden!

Trevor-Hotep: So, how is ol’ Elvis-Anum? How’s his library scribe office?

Beatrixia: That reminds me, Pengo is staying in the library. Hope Elvis-Anum doesn’t get too poofy!

Hi, all! As Scaeva is flat on his back, it’s to me to post What Today Is.

Today is International Jazz Day. So, get your improvisation on and make some beautiful music. Or, at least, some…um…interesting music.

Yesterday was Zipper Day. Whether that’s for the putting-clothes-together zipper, or the technique of merging traffic, I’m not sure.

Since we’re animal lovers, I want to share I just learned that the Kentucky Derby has been replaced by a turtle derby! What really amazed me was learning they did this once before in 1945!
