Okay… I will admit I have some cold chicken in the frig… and plans for a nice little Meat Loaf for some time in the next couple of days. BUT! I also have plans for a nice big bowl of Frozen Berries with Whipped Cream! Would like a Cream Cheese Dressing… but I’m out of Cream Cheese and Pineapple doesn’t go well with Berries. Or a lovely Sherbet as Dressing… but again… I’m out of Sherbet.

TV chef Alton Brown was doing a live on line show and someone said he should go vegan. he said “We will! just as soon as we’ve eaten all the yummy meat.”

If vegetarians are against eating meat, why do they make their “food” look and taste like meat???
