Goat should collect on the gifts now for each of those “wishes”, then hit Rat for another birthday gift in 6 months.

I used to randomly wish people “Happy Birthday” ‘cause I figured eventually I’d get one right.

Never happened. Not sure why. I’ll have to figure out the odds one of these days.

There was a car salesman who sent birthday cars to past customers without knowing there birthdays. In that case, it is OK to be a month early, so he had a one in ten chance of being close to right.

The best way is to wish people a very happy Un-Birthday.

Much better odds of being right.

How about a half birthday? Kids like half birthdays, especially if there are gifts.

I bearly remember birthdays anymore.

Rat would not remember that he wished Goat a happy Birthday today so he might do it several times a year! Nice if he brought presents (Not going to happen)!

They’re like hugs; they expire and you have to renew them every so often.

I think I had a birthday a few months ago.

I ask Alexa to remind me of important birthdays and anniversaries.

Goat should have answered: “And Happy Birthday to you too, Rat!”

Say “Happy Birthday to You” two and 1/2 times and it will be the law-suit-lawyers appearing, not Beetlejuice.

RATS are bad luck! And they don’t flip the cab fare. And they order double when going Dutch to make sure you have no money for your own cab fare…. They’re not exactly the FRIENDS.

My dear late aunt used to forget to send birthday cards on time so one year she sent them ALL in January. Since my birthday IS in January I didn’t know this until she told me later.

Now, don’t bother me when the actual day rolls around. I am delighting in an aura of Ratty brilliance….

Having a birthday in late December, such as my own, pretty much guarantees almost no one will ever remember to wish you a Happy Birthday. But at my age, it’s rather nice not to be reminded. 8>}

I have trouble remembering my baby sister’s birthday. I know the month and that it’s at the end of that month, just not the exact date.

One time saying it’s the thought that counts would be bad taste.

February 29 birthday?

Of course, it is a fact that everyone dies within six months of their birthday.
