I continually have to remind nature that there are boundaries and they are the walls of my abode. Passing through the property lines is permissible as long as there’s no stopping.

If there is an attempt to establish residence or come inside then IT’s GO TIME!

I have this huge light-up spider. In our previous house, I plugged it into a motion detector, so it turned on when kids came down the driveway. No TnT this year.

One thing for certain, people buying those big bags of candy for Halloween can’t say they are buying them for the Trick or Treaters!

several years ago I had a black and yellow garden spider that lived on my front porch, next to the door. When I opened the door he/she would gather up the web and when it closed the web would go back out. Was a large web also, about the size of a dinner plate. The webs that get me are the ones that get spun at night between my car and my husbands and I walk into them almost every day. ewwwww,

Picture this. In bed, turning off light to go to sleep, spot LARGE spider coming down from ceiling over same bed. Turn light back on, no spider in sight, but one filament over bed. How much sleep would you get? EEEEK!

That looks like a popcorn spider. If it bites Arlo, will he become Popcorn-Man?

Don’t you just hate that? I used to hunt, and I’ve walked through many spider webs.

My wife walked through a web a few weeks ago and when she wiped her face she trapped the spider and got bit on the cheek just below her eye. Took a week for the swelling to go down. And that was just a regular Canadian spider, not some mean assed Australian killer.

There is a notable difference between the commercial vs the natural webs. Don’t believe the spider’s venomous though. I hope…..

Husband is an arachnophobic – if it was fake,he would be screaming, as he would presume it was real.
