What’s less amusing: Startups DO have to deal with paying taxes. Big corps also have to deal with it, but too often they do by finding a way to avoid paying. It’s no wonder than most startups fail.

At least the I.R.S. actually exists.

Do keep in mind: Those nice folks at the IRS rarely graduated anywhere near the top of their class at accounting school. In fact…

The solution is to start out by being too big to fail.

Or you can just B-S your way through life with the lending banks like the Fat Orange Clown did using Daddy’s money.

You better figure them in. My wife’s cousin started a business and didn’t figure them in. They came in and kicked them out, and locked the doors. They are lucky they didn’t go to jail.

One week to pray for forgiveness. Can I get an AMEN?!

Don’t lie during the year, and fear nothing on 4/15. Unless, of course, you voted for higher taxes.

I’ve been audited twice: The first time my gross was less than $10k, the second around $20k. Total waste of time for the auditor.

What is the real problem? The IRS or the tax laws (and the people who made them) or the people who decide they should get more than everyone else?

Well, taxation is for real.

I’m glad I’m so old and so poor that I no longer worry about the IRS. I just pray to Saint Social Security that he sends my retirement pension cheque every month.
