This should be a mandatory position. People with poor vocabulary skills just pick up the jargon – some places it’s swear words, other places it’s “empowerment”, “optimization”, “ownership”… (until you want to use the swear words).
This is “low-hanging fruit.” Drivel-alia is indicative only of a certain type of incompetent manager. It’s good to get rid of them, but don’t think for a moment the job is done.
