There are times Peter should hold his tongue. And this was one of them.

How would he know the temperature of her front?

Never hurt the sensitive feelings of anyone can turn you into a bloody pulp.

(And in these days, that could be anybody.)

At least she didn’t have her snake beating club with her.

That was not some low pressure.

A cold front can blow you over. Especially if it follows a warm front. Those temperature differentials can be nasty and knock you right over.

With her raging temper, she would be more like a volcano. She is like a volcano, tornado, and earthquake all mixed together.
