Hmm. Probably should not ask that question.

Angus is a grumpy old man with a heart of gold and I love him to pieces.

What would we do without Jules aggravation and trickery? The world would be a duller place for sure!

Sounds like “War and Peace”, the raccoon edition. ;-)

I hope this is where Mouse discovers how strong she’s always been—always will be.

Seems like they could use some help. Maybe Beau will make an appearance. Are there anymore of the ghost cats that would have still been alive in 1991? I can’t wait to see what next week brings. Since there are still 2 more full weeks of July left maybe we still have a couple weeks left of this story.

Hmmm, there may be wishful thinking going on…

Not sure aggravation and trickery are big selling points but o kayeee.

I love the passion that Angus has! He has quickly become one of my favorite characters out of many great characters in BCN. It is pretty obvious Mouse learned so much from the elderly gentleman and probably thought of him as a Grandfather figure as she was raised at the cat shelter by Winifred.

Elvis should be watching this clip from 1991, he could learn a lot from Angus and hone his own style of being the senior cat of the big pink house who is “grumpy, caring and looking out for his friends” all at the same time. Man you have to love good old Angus!

I think I said it before, Mouse is so pretty. A lovely shade of gray.

More Angus toe beans! He’s a very toe bean-y cat.

Aw – in the last panel, I love Mouse reaching her paw up to comfort Angus.

Jules: I kind of like the one with all the pretty fireworks.

Maat-Tilda: Fine. We can keep open this track that leads to July throughout the years.

I hear Angus’ voice in my head and he sounds like Scotty from Star Trek.

Why did it take me so long to realize Angus is a Scottish Fold? Love his ear! So clever!

Jules must be saved immediately!

He wasn’t a spy, just an excuse for the vile raccoon princess to cross the DMZ in order to seek a new war.
