FOLY: For some, 2 lost. For too many, every year lost.

Working executives often have Many Obligations, Fear Of.

They need to worry about FOLF (Looking Foolish).

Pretty much so.

They really don’t wants the panicdemic to ends, do they.

“Twenty Twenty Two to You To Too”…..That’s the phrase I’ve coined for this year! You heard it here first!

What we really need are some of those TV specials we used to have back in the 70s. Song, dance, skits – we can call it the FOMO FOLY FOLLIES!

Or…not.

If you ask me, a year with family prevents FOLY, because time is never lost if it’s spent with loved ones.

Especially considering that rats only have like three or five years to live.

 Public Service Announcement for Those Who Have Not Yet Made a New Year’s Resolution

Here’s the thinking behind trollish comments. The troll can dash off a quick one-liner — never more than a dozen words, half of them insults — post it in several dozen places, then sit back and watch sane people waste their time composing well-reasoned paragraphs in response. Then the troll might throw another occasional 1-liner into the conversation to spark another spate of time-wasting restatements of obvious facts, cogent logic, and sensible reasoning, with the bonus that some of those will actually quote the troll’s own words, thereby giving them yet another public exposure. The real bonus comes when the trollish comment gets so many responses that it gets promoted to that strip’s “featured comment” of the day, where it’ll be the ONLY one that 98% of the visitors to the strip will ever see.

In the coming year, please resolve not to feed the trolls, thereby rewarding their behavior.

That’s like saying you have “fear of getting hit by a truck” after you’re in the hospital in traction.

For centuries (if not aeons) people never “went out”… and now people are panicking because they can’t. ridiculous.

FOMO, FOLY. Never had those. So, is that what you normal people do? Have stress over little things? And I thought I was insane.

This must set in another country. No one is staying home in the US

As an ER nurse I retired in time to miss the hospitals in crisis. But all my travel plans, etc, while still a young retiree are just a lost dream now.

Man, even if you try, there’s no Holding back the years.

Never got to be stuck at home very long. By May of 2020 the business manager figured if the students were not coming back that school year, we should start the summer cleaning. School started that August and again last August. Things have been somewhat normal around here for a while.
