This is a common ailment of many a person. They stress over many things, some they cannot control, some they can control. Anxiety is of fun. If there is something up there to worry about, evaluate if you can do anything about it, if not, then find something else to stress over, if yes, figure a way to resolve the issue

 How To Avoid Feeding the Trolls

 Step 1: Notice that the comment is itself trollish. Dead giveaways: (a) Introduces politics into a non-political discussion. (b) Mentions a race-car driver in a context that doesn’t involve car races.

 Step 2: Practice your self-control. Let it go. Yes, we all know how tempting it is. Let it go anyway.
