OK, Ramirez did manage to be topical by invoking Antonio Brown. But is it a reasonable comparison? One is a professional with a long history, one is a quitter and a problem child in adult clothing. And then there is the oddity that Ramirez HATES the idea of federally imposed solutions such as “get vaccinated” and “wear your damn mask”. But somehow it’s okay to blame Biden for SAYING there’s no federal solution?

There could have been a Federal solution, but Republican governor’s and right wing court decisions made it impossible.

Ramirez, what is wrong with each state taking appropriate measures? With the Fed helping to fund state programs and provide supports? How could a good Republican not like that?

Texas Governor refuses requiring masks and social distancing, wants to sue private companies that do require it, and is now begging for federal funds for covid. Turn Texas blue. It’s not Biden’s fault that Republicans refused to get vaccinated and boosters. It’s not Biden’s fault Republicans don’t social distance or wear masks where appropriate. The Republican Party has no plan at all. Deep down they know that the doctors are right, social distancing, masking and vaccinations will defeat Covid. However, they realize that in order for them to win, others must fail. So they are encouraging the fringe of their followers to embrace their inner 13 year old to say “you’re not the boss of me”.

If they ever succeed in taking the reigns of power again one wonders, what will be their plan to defeat Covid?

Vaxers are suffering from a form of mass hysteria. Latest insurance company information indicates 40% increase in deaths for a group of individuals who shouldn’t be dying in such numbers. Going to assume that they are vaxxed and are dying from presently unrecognized problems with the untested vaccine. Wake up, folks, and try to get the big picture. There IS a Federal solution, but Qpublicans are fighting its implementation tooth and nail. Of course, their refusal to get vaccinated, mask, and follow medical guidance and their fighting mandates in support of their free-dumb is all Biden’s fault. Just ask any Republican, Trumpublican, or Qpublican. They are unhindered by logic or reality.

Biden blamed the Trump administration for Covid deaths while he was campaigning and said he would be the solution. Then he told DeSantis to get out of the way so he could conquer Covid. There were more deaths in 2021 WITH a vaccine under his watch and now he says it’s up to the state governments to come up with a plan. Nice leadership there.

There is no federal solution to Joe Biden’s dementia.

This from the people who actually send death threats to federal officials trying to combat this pandemic. Buy a mirror.

During President Trump’s administration some state were adamantly opposed to federal intervention to abate the COVID-19 virus taking the position that states should deal with their own populations and provide programs to deal with it. Now, it has become a “damned if you do do damed if you don’t” scenario. There may or may not be a federal solution but our most recent Chief Executives have not had the constituency or the brains to come up with one so it’s moot.

I have no problem with bashing Biden when he screws up (the withdrawal from Afghanistan). However, I find it ironic that the ones who are calling Biden a liar for not controlling the pandemic are the same ones who fought any federal mandates and demanded state governments should decide how the pandemic should be handled in their state.
