    You are what you eat. There’s a great passage in a Ken Nordine poem about “you are what you eat”, and he wonders if that is true. He seemed most curious about how we get out knuckles. Pig’s knuckles, I suppose, but not all of us eat pork. He was not convinced “we are what we eat.” It’s a very amusing poem; one of his many great pieces.
