I’ve never seen a baby with a moustache, but glue one on and it’s uncanny.

My father first became a grandfather when he married my stepmother in 2007 who had two grandsons at the time. As for him becoming a biological grandfather, four years ago this November. Those two events were also when I became an uncle.

That novelty tune, “I’m my own Grandpa” keeps running through my head.

Nelson’s not old enough to realize that they always look like Winston Churchill.

It’s fun sometimes to see how gullible kids are.

my mother made her parents into grandparents when they were just 34 & 35! She had been their first when they were 18 & 19 and then she had her first (my older sister) when she was 16

I can’t say that I disagree with Nelson.

Why do we get the back of Roscoe’s head in the final panel? I would have liked to have seen his reaction to Earl’s or Nelson’s comment…

Wisps of hair, no teeth, chubby …. I think the kid is right.

Earl could have looked like his grampa when he was born. Family resemblance happens a lot.

When the Catholic Diocese here got a new bishop, the diocese newspaper had a biographical article about him. It said Bishop John was born … Bishop John attended elementary school at … and so on. I imagined him being born, and the doctor saying to his parents “Congratulations! It’s a Bishop!” or attending k-12 school wearing with a crosier and wearing a miter.

My first wife delivered three babies, beautiful now, but lamented that newborns always looked like drowned rats.

Only lemmings jump to conclusions, check under the diaper first. Unless, of course, their socks are blue or pink.

I remember, this will really date me, from Hee Haw show singer called Grandpa Jones, he explained that label stating he will be older an then Grandpa Jones

Howard and Becky looked at their newborn daughter, Sharon.
