Yes, because it’s entirely standard practice for a law enforcement agency to reveal what they’re investigating to potential criminals…how stupid is the reasoning of the Alt-Reich.

There was an excellent article about trump and the fight he started over misappropriated top-secret documents. It turns out, trump wanted a political battle about the papers, not a legal fight, in order to fundraise from the quasi-intelligent masses that support him. And, as usual, trump got it wrong. Taking advice from people who don’t know the law and might even be dumber than himself (is that possible?), the disgraced former President is now in serious legal peril.

No doubt, trump has convinced many of the room temperature IQs to send in their rent and food money to him, and if this were his normal straight-up grift, it would be a success. However, this time trump is facing an AG he can’t bully and who goes about his job of enforcing the law with his own quiet deliberation. Leaks, if any, originate on the Right and from trump associates.

Today, we should see a redacted version of the affidavit, and I already know trump will cry the missing portions would have cleared him. You can always guess trump’s moves; they haven’t altered in decades. The court also gave today as the deadline trump’s dime-store legal team has to provide compelling information for a Special Master to be appointed…don’t hold your breath.

I sincerely hope trump is indicted this time. A line must be drawn, or our legal system will be considered a joke.

The affidavit will be released but it must be redacted first. In addition to some of the information being sensitive or classified, there are names included. The Trumpers are crazy and known to send death threats and even commit violence against anyone that “threatens” their golden idol. Lisa, are you promoting that violence?

Just take a look at the list of excuses coming from Trump – many contradict each other and they get weirder every day.

Like this is an evil Democratic trick. The politicians have been leaking damaging information on their opponents since Adams ran against Jefferson, so when did Lisa catch on?

Judges rulings are not leaks. Lisa, once again, shows total incomprehension of the issue.

So what else is new. The leaks have been going on for years.

If it was me, or you, or anybody, releasing the affidavit wouldn’t even be a QUESTION – it would simply NOT BE DONE.

Donald Trump is a private citizen. As of January 21, 2021, that is ALL he is. And I am sick of this right-wing perception that laws do not apply to him.

Funny how the Republicans never complain about anyone else’s rights when they are on the receiving end of an investigation.

BTW, one of the people responsible for Brianna Taylor’s death by firing squad in her own home, a now former Louisville Police Detective who helped get the illegally obtained warrant that cost Brianna Taylor her life pleaded guilty to a federal conspiracy charge on August 23rd.

It’s funny how the “leaks” suddenly started the moment the serving of the warrant became public (which happened because Trump publicized it). The whole episode had been going on for more than a year, with zero attention and zero leaks.

The DOJ investigations have been airtight, and Lisa knows it. There is zero evidence that any of the info being discussed in public these days came from the DOJ, and every reason to believe that it came (via the hounding press) from the people who testified to the grand jury. But that’s not a convenient explanation in RWNJ-land, right Lisa?

Funny thing is that there WAS no leak of information about the search warrant or the affidavit. Everything was nice and quiet until Donny Boy started screaming in public about having been served with the warrant.

He THEN demanded that the DOJ release the warrant to the public, which HE had the right to do at any time without the legal formalities that the DOJ had to go through in the course of calling Trump’s bluff.

THEN came the demands to see the affidavit, which is NEVER done unless and until indictments are made. So the judge ruled, and the DOJ redacted details of the affidavit. Again, calling Trump’s bluff… anybody who thinks that the Orange Conman really WANTED this stuff to be made public is more foolish than HE is.

Much like the old Soviet state, now Putin’s Russia and Castro’s Cuba, tyrant Joe Biden has weaponized America law enforcement agencies. And all the left wing Marxists here couldn’t be happier. This is the first step towards a failed Argentine type nation and is also may be the precursor to another civil war. I strongly urge all independents, open minded Democrats and all others who believe in the constitution and a free Republic, to vote Republican in the midterms and in 2024. This is no longer about politics. It’s about stopping the Democrat corruption of the government. If Biden and the Marxist Democrats can go after a former President and future political opponent in this manner, then no one is safe from the government.
