“Doesn’t the flag need to go to the top?”

Here in Canada, it is 1 day of spring, 1 day of summer, 1 day of fall, and WINTER. :-D

What’s flapping on that pole? A tanned skin of some animal? “They” haven’t invented weaving for cloth making yet have they?

The only sledding we can do here is in the mud.

Why don’t you want to sled from the top?

The rocks under the snow will keep it interesting. Don’t pass the kid with the stuffed tiger on the way down. Pack a first aid kit on the toboggan.

Good thinking. I always tried to spy out good sledding spots while I was hunting in the fall. I was usually right, but I rarely got back to them because the snow was too deep.

Let’s hope the depth of the snow doesn’t just almost cover the flag so no one gets uncomfortably impaled. I agree, that is the best spot for sledding, but once you are on your way downhill, it’s not like you have a lot of options other than keep going or jumping or falling off. I think they still plan to start from the top.
