She (like many elders) keeps a stethoscope on hand for checking her blood pressure at home. It’s a plugger staple. Yes, I know this isn’t the Pluggers strip.
My youngest daughter is very creative, she can build a lot of things from scratch, which she does, she uses my tools whereas my other daughters do not. One day we were in her room and she had left a box open and it had index cards in it, it was files/cards on all her friends and families in the neighbourhood, she was 7 years old. We thought she was going to be KGB.
I come from a family in aviation and medicine. Drs, Reg Nurses, Hosp Admin, paramedics and flight surgeons. It’s either planes or medicine. (some family members do both). MY 8 YO son says he will be a heart surgeon. Play with toy trucks, not a chance. Anatomy models and puzzles are his favorite. In kindergarten they were to draw a heart for Valentines day. He drew a picture of a human heart, complete with valves and veins.
Won’t be long before we start running out of doctors because nobody can afford college and medical school both. Actually, our “institutes of higher education” abandoned education for price gouging years ago.
Well, that WAS a letdown. However, McDonald’s managers and any other “fast food” managers make pretty good wages, if you can hang in there long enough.

The problem is that by the time Nelson gets to be old enough to work at Mcdonald’s, the ordering process may be automated!

Nothing wrong with McD’s as a job. Was my first one, taught me a lot. Now I’m a professional software tester for systems that go into space.
