You should have heard that tree coming. It had enough bark on it, didn’t it?

I hear people complain about gasoline prices and then I see them zoom by at 90 mph in their Lexus SUV which, I am told, uses premium gas.

Charles Addams had a solution.

And soon you’ll see a lawyer ready to sue the tree for damages!

Some folks don’t like being passed. While acellerating on an entrance ramp, a car on the highway pulled into my path. Fortunately the shoulder was paved, and Canadian highways have long entrance ramps.

I’m noted for going the speed limit. It drives some people batty. So, I’m often passed by the speeders who get stopped by the same traffic light that I do. Fortunately for them, there are no trees in their path.

Tis what happens when you pass while driving on the shoulder.

That’s like EVERYONE that’s ever passed me just before a red light. “Fancy meeting you here. Thanks for warming it up for me.”

Reminds me of when I was a kid. We had a contest to see who could come the closest to a tree on their sled. I won, but my face lost, nasty bark burn on my cheek.

To be fair, the turn radius on those wheels is pretty big

I saw a lady crash into a pole at the end of slope and smashed into it so hard you could feed the impact. I could not look.
