The ancestor of Ralph Nader took this case to the fledgling CPB. They proceeded to remove all low hanging tree branches across the land. It was his “anti-horking” initiative.
I can relate. Last week riding my bike through a creek, I couldn’t see that the last couple of yards were frozen solid, so solid that the bike stopped and I was tossed onto the ice. At that point, I was very glad that it was solid, as one leg was tangled in the bike, such that I couldn’t get up, or even roll over. I had to use the entangled leg to hoist the bike up onto the ice before I could continue.
Ya know, I usually think this physical stuff is stupid—the three stooges and all are just dumb. . .so why do I find this hilarious?!? cause he coulda ducked?
It is all just the circle of life. As it was in the beginning will be what we go back to. The end of the 20th century was the last time we moved forward. Since the 21st century started we started going backwards. We are losing our Math, English, History and common sense. If electricity is lost, so would our youth. 1) Do you know what the Dewey Decimal System is?2) Do you know where to find it?3) Do you know what its numbers mean?If you can not answer one, then I bet you have a cell phone in front of your face right now.

No brakes. No steering. No looking ahead at what might be in front of you.
Seems like a fun combination.

Eventually they’ll invent things like breaks and steering, but the number of dumb accidents won’t change much.

In the last few panels, I saw Wile E. Coyote hanging in that tree by his neck.

I like the use here of the word hork, but sometimes in my house it’s a verb. “The dog is about to hork!”
