Of course! Right now I have a lap full of a cat enjoying his first winter as an indoor cat with warmth, soft beds (and laps), regular tasty food, and safety from outside perils like coyotes and bobcats. The only sour note is a resident cat who is not friendly but is also more hiss than bite. So life is good mostly.
Having a cat in your lap or next to you sleeping in the bed is so peaceful. Also a cat in your lap is good for the diet. You can’t get up to go get the snack you were thinking of getting!
BTW , we adopted 2 6 mo. old kittens on 12.21.22. Our household now has 2 humans and 4 kitties….2 12 yr old brothers and the 2 kittens, sister and brother. We are complete again. ((((cats))))

A cat is a cat and I’m glad with that…Cats are born chaotics and that makes them loveable and peaceful – because war needs to be “organized”

Cats can be territorial and have been known to hiss, claw, and bite when they interact with “invaders.”

In our house, the cat is the dove of peace, and I am the warm furniture.

I hope this dove gets to hang out with the pigeon who’s a war veteran. He knows the value of peace.
