The plot is definitely thickening, now that we are mid-week, and we have more excellent art from John Lucas. I still like the profile division of the first panel(s) and the hearts and smoke are also very effective.

Not Yogi Bear, he looks like Huckleberry Hound!

John Lucas’ style reminds me of Al Capp…

Good ☘ to all. I really hope this strip (with respect to writing) gets back on the right track.

The “middle” and third panel shows the reason why this art style doesn’t fit the regular DT size. In that is looks squished or over crowded in my opinion.

This is an inappropriate time to be watching TV.

….and if it turns out Eddie The Beast IS Yogi Bear…….now THAT makes for an interesting mental picture……….

I’m glad folks like the art, in my own opinion it’s ugly and distracting. But c’est la vie.

Tracy Meets Doctor Fix

Chapter Four

“Hi Pop Pop!”

Tracy, looking at his office door was stunned to see Honeymoon standing right in front of him.

“Honeymoon, why are you here? Shouldn’t you be at school?”

“Crystal convinced me to cut class today and go shopping instead!”

Tracy hadn’t seen Ugly Crystal standing behind Honeymoon until Honeymoon moved to the Left.

“Hi chief detective Tracy, can we have some money to shop?”

Tracy couldn’t resist smiling at her chutzpah.

“That brat is fooling everyone but me, I know she’s rotten to the core!”

“Sure girls, but only if you do something for me!”

And today strip refers to Reeves’ real~life last g/f, Lenore Lemon. For him she surely lived up to her last name as she quite likely did him in, intentionally or not.

Another possible motive and player are thrown into the suspect list, and the arc has only a few days left for resolution and denouement….
