1. Dust fiercely displaced. Rug must be replaced.

2. The doorway is no bed! ‘Tis Bozo’s spot instead.

It terrible Tuesday for me but it now more bearable thanks to Fabulous FoXo’s Brilliant BOZO!

For those who come in late, these fabulous fun funnies was envisioned and executed so beautifully and brilliantly by FoXo Reardon, a true master cartoonist who told his funny tales with his awesome artwork alone, without any of his characters in BOZO ever saying a single word.

An especially excellent epitome of pictures speaking thousand words, BOZO also the most pleasant picturesque pantomime where every panel is like a photograph of a three-dimensional cartoon world of realistic-looking depths and details. Such was his powerful perspective artwork which brought to life a lovely lively world of BOZO!

FoXo a rare combination of both sharp wits and artistic talents which is rarely seen together in the same cartoonist, a true master and professional cartoonist whose work quality speaks for itself and as you can see for yourself BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning!

So no wonder that these wonderful wordless wonders still bring great joy and sheer cheer to many even today.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

“ Bum’s rush “ – Bozo ! Have a heart for crying out loud . That hobo was there first .

Bum’s rush or bum rush? Moving a laggard along or moving the British colloquialism for backside (bum) along. Same o, Same o, I guess.

1. I think you got some shell in the mix. Next time, try to just whisk the yolk.

2. Always full of ideas, that Bozo.

3. The trick is to bring a flat ball, and a CO2 cartridge (bicycle racer style).

Bozo breaks the “fourth wall”?

3 – Simultaneous possession of the ball goes to the offense. Bozo wins!

1. Only the dirt was holding it together! 2. I didn’t realize Bozo was homeless. He seems to have money. 3. No cheating, Bozo!

Strip #2: Just look at the expression of dejection on the hobo’s face. Foxo, a masterful and experienced cartoonist, didn’t need words.

1) That rug has probably taken one too many beatings.

2) Beat it, Buster! I’m sleeping on this side of the street!

3) The hidden ball play taken to a new level!

The rug story reminds me of my first car. The rustproofers blew holes in the body when cleaning it for the year one respray.

Pulled from an Amazon review:

“unfortunately the book at 7.5” x 9" is printed too small. Reardon’s half pages are set two to the page and are so small that his written text is the equivalent of 3 to 4 point type. These were originally made for large format newspapers and were designed by Reardon to be seen a lot bigger. They are near impossible to read comfortably without magnification! This is especially a problem with some art that hasn’t aged well. Fortunately the daily strips are easier to read, especially with no text, but still too small to appreciate fully. Also the paper stock is very flimsy including the cover so that it’s better to read on a flat table than in your hands! It’s so floppy that it’s seems a setup for a Bozo gag!"

Makes me ask why bother …. to have done this ?
