Banana Republicans are doing everything they can to have America become a banana republic.

Including fomenting a violent attempt to overthrow the government of the United States.

“I am your retribution!”

Too bad the majority of the U.S. and the world both think the nation descended to that status on Jan. 6, 2021.

Tennessee is a good example.

Yes, that’s Tennessee and a majority of the Republican states for you…

Washington in his farewell speech did warn against forming political parties, fearing that they would compete and foster a spirit of revenge. Very prescient of him.

I keep asking how are we becoming a banana republic, so far, no real answers.

The R’s need to be recognized for what they are — the American Taliban, taking away rights, imposing religious rule — and they need to be voted out at the ballot box.

The tears really poured forth the day Ford pardoned Tricky Dick.

When Ronnie Raygun conspired with Tehran to keep US hostages locked up and delay release until after the 1980 US elections, tears gushed. And during Reagan’s Iran-Contra secret arms dealings.

Bush administration conjured up bogus reasons to invade Afghanistan and Iraq? A flood of tears. Throughout the inhumane capture/torture confinements in Gitmo, the confinements continuing to this day? Tears.

I won’t even try to describe the tear deluges — or maybe just one continuous river stream — attributable to DJT.
