I don’t know. It seems to me like “growing up” is sort of optional these days. Post-pandemic trauma tantrum drama is getting fairly common.

No need to hurry, Kid. It’ll come whenever, like it or not.

I’m 64 and still haven’t grown up.

I’ve always wondered why Danae has a Mongolian-style forelock. Then I watch her actions; she must be a descendant of one of the Khans.

Poor Danae, following in the path of so many before her. I mean, poor us actually. Headed for a career in politics, no doubt.

Danae’s supposed to be 9; what could she possibly know about being a “grown-up”?

I don’t understand what “tells” means in the last frame. An explanation would be appreciated!
