I see it more as a violation of the first amendment than anything else. This is all about getting revenge against Disney for voicing their opinion on the “Don’t Say Gay” law. The government is not allowed to obstruct anyone’s free speech. If DeSantis can do it to Disney, he can do it to anyone.

Speak softly in court, but carry a big stick!

I remember the old days, too, when Republicans were in favor of free speech, advocated for privacy rights, and called book banning the work of socialists and communists.
