As a retired philosophy lecturer, I can confirm that bandages are often required after discussions. Especially if the discussion is about the metaphysical implications of counter factual conditionals.

I’m suspicious of the quality of any club that lets me be a member, but I’m pretty sure I would ace the entrance exam to this one. Where do I sign up?

Calvin the ultra misogynist doesn’t realize that women will rule the world and men will be the slaves. So dumb! This comic is quite offensive, really.

Here comes another G.R.O.S.S. arc! One that has a bittersweet ending, but it’s still a fun one.

Hobbes would never be in that club. He loves girls.

Just a technicality under Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised: If First Tiger abstained, then the motion would have passed. Abstentions do not affect the outcome, since it is literally abstaining from voting. In effect, those who abstain say they are fine with whatever the outcome of the vote is, and so the outcome is determined by those who actually vote. To fail for lack of a majority, the First Tiger would have to have voted “No” (and I’m sure that’s what he actually did).

That is absolutley a great club. I mean, I wouldn’t be a part of it, but…

Philosophical discussion leads to bandages. Sounds about right.

Forget about the old minutes of meeting. The new meeting of GROSS could be more friendly with Susie up there, sharing the tree house. Lower the rope ladder!
