A January 2018 law signed by Trump made unauthorized removal and retention of classified information of the United States government a felony crime

And the fact that the accused is facing five years PER COUNT in prison and a felony because of a law HE SIGNED in an attempt to punish Hillary Clinton in 2018 is the best karma.

Mr. Payne, please give your definition for the word “dissent”. Do you mean lies, or fomenting revolution? Because I’m for suppressing that. Dissent is welcome in a free society. That’s why you’re not in jail for your viewpoint, as you might be in some other country.

“Open corruption investigations into your political opposition”: You can’t be serious. How ‘bout Mr. Comer going on TV and talking about his committee working hard to prove that Mr. Biden and his pals took millions over many years (but he’s just so clever at hiding the proof), but ignoring the two billion Mr. Kushner took from the new PGA commissioner in one fell swoop? How ‘bout the new committee on weaponization of government? Hunter Biden’s laptop? But her e-mails? Does “lock her up” sound at all familiar?

If you do not see Mr. Trump as a citizen who is subject to the laws of this country, you are part of the problem. He was indicted because he is alleged to have participated in several criminal acts, and he has indeed admitted publicly to many of them. Please, please, remove your head from the sand.

Appears that Payne supports a former President who violated the Constitution; and, continues to violate the Constitution! Why?

[ Why does Payne support a former President who is being investigated for committing acts of sedition? ]

Jack Smith: Trump broke laws critical to the ‘safety and security of the United States’

In a rare public appearance, special counsel Jack Smith spoke to reporters about the indictment against former President Donald Trump for unlawful removal of classified information, outlining the severity of the charges and giving some indication of how the trial would go forward. In particular, Smith stressed how the laws the former president broke are essential to keeping the nation safe.

“The men and women of the United States intelligence community and our armed forces dedicate their lives to protecting our nation and its people,” said Smith.

“Our laws that protect national defense information are critical to the safety and security of the United States, and they must be enforced. Violations of those laws put our country at risk. Adherence to the rule of law is a bedrock principle of the Department of Justice, and our nation’s commitment to the rule of law sets an example for the world.”

“We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone,” continued Smith. “Applying those laws, collecting facts, that’s what determines the outcome of an investigation. Nothing more and nothing less.”

Smith also promised the trial would proceed quickly — a seeming acknowledgment that a drawn-out process would run into the 2024 presidential election.

“My office will seek a speedy trial in this matter, consistent with the public interest and the rights of the accused,” said Smith. “We very much look forward to presenting our case to a jury of citizens in the Southern District of Florida … I would like to thank the dedicated public servants with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with whom my office conducted this investigation and worked tirelessly every day upholding the rule of law in our country.”

The “opponent” brought this on himself, Biden had nothing to do with it. Biden did not make T take classified documents and then lie about them, have them in very unsecure locations where many, many people had access to them, etc. Biden did not make T assault women. Biden did not make T do his little Georgia election tampering stunt. All of this was done by T. So now let T face the consequences.

So we know that Burisma in the Ukraine bribed the Bidens with 10 million, but so few people know how much the Chinese bribed them with. Well. Let me say if you only watch CNN you don’t know. Even fewer people know Kamala was involved.

A smart person would ask how a politician is worth so much despite having a government salary and having worked as a government employee for so many decades.

People are going to scream about Trump because they forgot about Hillary. Maybe Trump should have kept his classified documents in his garage next to his corvette like Biden?
