Well, as night owls, my daughter (39) and I (66) usually hit IHOP at around 2 am, so not many diners, have gotten to know the night staff. Get good, friendly service, and can take our time. No screaming babies either. :o) We watch our news on our iPads/iPhones. So, in this way, I am not a plugger â but am in most others.
I not only not-watch the newsâŠI donât even watch the weather-report/forecasts. Why not? Because, this-plugger has the finest-instrument available for up-to-the-minute daily forecasts: Iâve an-Official NOAA-endorsed âWeather-Rockâ that hangs on the outcropping of my-side door entrance. All I gotta do is either look at it, or perhaps go out and feel of it, depending on which season it is. Itâs yet to be proven wrong, by-garrlyâŠ!âș

One of the many things I like about winter, is that its dark when the 5:00 oclock news begins; so pajamas are acceptable attire.

Always go in early, 5-ish or so, and usually make it back for the national news.
