When you don’t have great story to tell you can (still) dress it up fancy so that it will at least catch some people’s attention.

They’re getting ready for the LUMA Projection Arts Festival in Binghamton, New York.

I suppose “blew the entire budget onto the panel” really means “they SPENT the entire budget on the panel”, rather than saying that they took a deep breath and huffed and puffed on the panel like blowing up a balloon.

Everybody is creeped out.

I believe that makes it an illuminated panel, doesn’t it?

Wow. In the Corps things only got that nice just before October 1st. End of the fiscial year and people had to spend their budget or they wouldn’t get as much next year.

Well, I like it.

So pretty today! A picture in a frame.

Usually daily strips are done in black and white, with coloring provided by a third-party service. I wonder how they handled it today.
