Many situations, the kid is an accident, and treated like one.

The truth is out. Calvin is an only child, and always will be, for many reasons…

Myself, I snuck a peek decades ago and directly proceeded to get myself snipped. It’s taken much of the worry out of being close.

It’s a cautionary tale.

Dad has read the book well.

Then I’ll never know because it’ll never be too late not to have one.

Nice thinking Dad. Get a dig in at the same time…..

Besides, it would give Calvin an unfair advantage.

As my wife and I told our kids, “We’ve done things you haven’t even thought of yet. Think about that when you think you can pull one over on us.” It was a bluff that was seldom called.

I wonder if Calvin felt that little burn at the end…

A Book that explains everything in the world? It must be the Holy Bible!

We are all born to wild adventures that eventually culminate in our death, whether we have children or not. It just takes a while to get used to the idea.

All good to keep a kid, especially Cal, guessing the answers. Makes them more cautious for a while.

What the heck is Dad reading there, Lord of the Flies? Sheesh.

If you don’t want kids, it’s best to remember what you were like as a kid and not wanting to inflict THAT on the world.

Just like in politics!

Men do not actually want to become a father, they just want to go through the motions so it seems like they want to be.

Calvin will now start looking through Dad’s stuff. He’ll find his old Playboys, which gives half the story for making a baby.

Dad read Calvin like a book.

I wonder if Calvin ever learned that his old man never wanted him—even as a tax deduction!!

If he really wants to know, he can give Dr. Spock a call

Whay should Dad give Calvin all the ‘secrets’ ?? LOL… nice try, Calvin.

After all these years, this question only just occurred to me: Did Calvin ever acknowledge the existence of Halloween? Did he ever carve a pumpkin or go trick-or-treating?

(He regularly wears costumes, but needs no seasonal excuse for that…)

My laugh for today..Never fails to amuse, I have all the books. Just fun to reread them
