Not the only place where there’s an ancient conflict. Actually the Israel/Palestine thing is relatively recent. It didn’t get going till after WWII. The Balkan thing, on the other hand…

Seems to me if this creator had never started giving new human souls this little “pep talk”, those conflicts never would have arisen in the first place.

Worth amplifying what @willie_mctell notes above. If this cartoon is about recent events in and around Israel, then the “thousands of years” part is anachronistic. Jews and Arabs lived together in relative peace until the early 1900s.
