Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
I hope youâre sitting down, because I have some thrilling news just in time for the gift-giving season: thereâs a new âThat Is Pricelessâ book out in paperback!
You can take a look by clicking on the top left ad underneath the comments (I think that might be fuschia?).
So what IS this book exactly? Well, as some of you may know, about 4 years ago, I released the Best of the Decade book as an ebook. It featured 25 top Masterpieces from each year 2009-2019 and was a 344-page monster. You can still get it on Amazon for a measly $2.99 (the top right ad down there).
At the time, several people asked for it in paperback so they could give it as a gift, but a book that humongous was going to cost about 50 bucks to print, so I kept it as an ebook. However, I recently had the epiphany that I could update it by adding 50 favorite Masterpieces from the past 4 years, then trim it down to just the best of the best and sell the streamlined 160-page result for a fairly reasonable $8.99. And thatâs what Iâve done.
So just to be clear: if you bought the earlier ebook, the stuff in the front will be the same, but the stuff in the back will be new. Fortunately, if youâre buying the paperback as a gift (or you never saw the first one), the repeats shouldnât matter!
Anyway, if you do end up buying a book, I humbly ask that you please consider leaving a brief review on Amazon to give it some street cred. And by brief, I mean literally a single line and some stars. No need to make it a chore.
âTo the average observer it appears that the bundle of newsprint was being protect by the scrap of material wrapped around it from the elements. But those, as it is said colloquially âin the knowâ, know the reason why it is being protected as we are witnessing before us as a customer tries in bidding for one but whose offer is being rejected by the seller. Shall he succeed with another offer?â
âI tell you, not two minutes ago the witch was standing here, just like you are now, and the downpour happened. Give me two bits and Iâll tell you the whole story.â

Â
Again, a larger strip image is shown by (Ctrl- or right-) clicking the image in Mr. Melcherâs MASTERPIECE #3218 (November 8, 2023) blog entry, accessible by the Check out the blog! box after the last comment, and using the dropdown menu (even larger, if you trim whatâs after .png from the URL). I have added a comment there (awaiting Mr. Melcherâs approval) pointing to info about this artist I used to point to here. So far, 2 works by him have been used here, the July 22, 2016, strip being the prior. GoComics has deactivated the hyperlinks and removed the new lines in my comment there; but, perhaps the text remains informative.
â⌠and if you buy these Amway products I have here I swear youâll make twice as much re-selling them as you make sweeping, or my name ainât Bob Ponzi!
