I’ll grab the cookie jar and you grab the back of the dog.

So sad, but still had to snicker. What kind of cookie was i the jar that had rosecoe’s intent interest.

He’s been reading Winnie the Pooh again.

I’d wager it does happen to golden retrievers, too.

Caught with his hand .. er.. head in the cookie jar. Roscoe wouldn’t be able to worm his way out of this one.

I wonder how soon we’ll see Earl walking around with his head stuck in a cookie jar.

Roscoe must have some great senses if he’s able to walk around not being able to see with his head stuck in the cookie jar…

Clearly, Roscoe hasn’t met many Golden Retrievers. Beautiful dogs, but sometimes the elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top floor.

We caught our dog, a Golden Lab, with his head stuck inside a mostly empty jar of peanut butter, he didn’t seem to mind.

Earl!! You idiot, Opal left the cookie jar on the floor you were suppose to see that and pick it up before the dog’s head was stuck in it.

Oh my gawd! Our cats get caught in little boxes like that every once in a while. . .

Or Lassie, or Rin-Tin-Tin….

I’ve seen videos of raccoons with their heads stuck inside of peanut butter jars. I wonder what their favorite brand is?

Well, yes, with milk jugs on dairy farms … now, Border Collies, on the other hand.

Is no one going to get up and help the poor dog? Is Earl trying to decide how he can steal any cookies still left in the jar?

Much easier with our Dalmatian, he’d get the micro wave popcorn bag stuck on his head,whenever he could get to it.

Roscoe …… Your suppose to tip the jar over, dump “ALL” the cookies on the floor ….. then you don’t get your head stuck …… :)

My late cat did the same thing with a tissue box — I re-entered the living room to find a cube-headed cat. Curiosity, you know. Um, no, he lived another sixteen years after that.

So much for being the “best dog in the world”. Aww! Just kidding! Just don’t wear that new collar for a bit Oreo Head!
